Read in here Gen GD Bakshi's befitting reply to the 'leftist liberals' who opposed the hoisting of tricolor in universities

Shocked to listen people opposing the decision of HRD Ministry making hoisting of tricolor mandatory in universities, Gen GD Bakshi broke down on yesterday’s prime time news debate of Arnab Goswami’s channel Times Now.

During a television debate over the issue of whether or not the decision of ministry is to impose ‘forced nationalism’, respected guest on show Major Gen GD Bakshi came into tears while speaking on LIVE debate and said, “I have seen very good men die…for a piece of tattered silk…Even for a regimental flag, people have died, and we have to discuss this (installation of Indian flags on campuses)!”. Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani called in between the on-going show to console the general and deeply regarded him for the selfless work of all armymen like him.

On which, yesterday night General wrote a post on his facebook wall slamming who he referred as “leftist liberals” for opposing the decision of HRD Ministry.

He started his post saying, during the debate he suddenly realised the difference between the soldiers and others and then he continued it saying that it hurt him deeply to see what soldiers have become. He raised his feeling saying, “now we have problems with flying our nationals flag?”

On Arnab’s debate today i suddenly realised the difference between us soldiers and others. it suddenly hit me.it hurt me…
